1. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Check-Out: Before 11:00 AM

Early check-in is subject to availability and may require prior confirmation.

2. Cancellation & Refund

All cancellations are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy outlined above.

3. Child & Extra Guest Policy

Children under 5 stay free without extra bed

Children 5–10 years charged at child rate

Guests 10+ years are considered adults

4. Government ID Requirement

All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.

Accepted IDs: Aadhaar, Passport, Driver’s License (PAN card not accepted)

5. Pet Policy

Pets are welcome upon prior request. Charges may apply.

6. Website Use

The website is owned by Raghav’s Retreat and intended for your personal use. Reproduction, resale, or misuse of content is prohibited.
